Proudly, I have passed the PMP exam today. I spent around 4 months preparing for this exam and thank god I passed from the first trial.
Before I applied for the exam, I did the following steps:
1- I have attended a PMP training course held by my company (Atheeb telecom Consotrium), the instructor was Dr. Suhail Shahid.
2- I read the PMBOK.
3- I apply for the exam through the pmi.org web site, and I paid the cost (550$).
4- Then, I started preparing for the exam by reading the PMP exam prep written by Rita and the Fastrack exam simulation.
5- I took the exam and I have passed :)
Now I can say confident, I'm PMP
